I wanted to take a quick moment to comment on the service that you recently
provided me in the sale of my home.
I have been a real estate sales person in the past, so I have had the
opportunity to see the spectrum in terms of how real estate professionals work
with their clients. Some believe that they can succeed by focusing on their
needs in-spite of the customer, while others realize that the only way to truly
succeed is by serving others at their needs. You are absolutely of the latter.
Considering that I had moved out of the U.S.A. while my house was on the market,
I was in one of the most insecure positions that I can think of.

1. Handled the sale of my property.
2. Took care of the property and made sure all of the details were taken care of
to maximize the presentability of the property.
3. Kept me in the loop, so I didn't have to worry about the status of things.
All of these things minimized my stress level and maximized my confidence.
Toward the end of the sale I know that there were some complications on the
buyer's side with respect to getting the transaction funded. Many people in your
position might allow their ego to prevent them from taking help from someone
else, however you took help from Lou, and made it happen.
I also know that Christi was instrumental in the entire process, and I
appreciate all that she has done.
